These Terms govern your use of the Global Money application and website. By using Global Money, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: June 17, 2026Global Money is a free informational tool that displays currency exchange rates, cryptocurrency prices, precious metal prices, and related market data sourced from third-party providers. Global Money is not a bank, broker, currency exchange, money transfer service, or financial institution, and it does not execute trades, transfers, or exchanges of any kind.
Creating an account is optional and is provided to let your Portfolio, Watchlist, Favorites, Alerts, and Conversion History sync across your devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may update your account details or permanently delete your account at any time from the “My Account” page. Account deletion is irreversible and immediately erases your account and synced data; data already saved only on a specific device's local storage is not affected by cloud deletion and may need to be cleared separately.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and not to create an account using another person's identity or a temporary/disposable email for fraudulent purposes.
All content provided through Global Money, including rates, charts, portfolio calculations, and the parallel-market estimate, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
Rates are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, estimated, or temporarily unavailable. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Parallel (black market) rates in particular are informal estimates and can vary significantly from real-world transactions. Portfolio profit/loss figures are calculated from these same rates and inherit the same limitations.
Global Money is intended for general use and is not directed at children. By using the app — with or without an account — you agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems, create accounts through automated means, or use another person's account without authorization. You remain responsible for complying with the laws and currency regulations of your own country.
The Global Money name, logo, and app design are the property of their respective owners. Market data displayed in the app remains the property of the third-party providers from which it is sourced.
Global Money relies on third-party services, including CoinGecko, Binance, Open Exchange Rates, the Frankfurter API, metals price providers, and Firebase (Google LLC) for account authentication and data storage. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Money and its developers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information provided in the app — including any financial loss resulting from currency, cryptocurrency, or portfolio-tracking decisions made using data displayed here, or from account access issues, data-sync delays, or account deletion.
You may delete your account at any time as described in Section 2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive, fraudulent, or automated use of the service.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Global Money after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
